This would mark the third year in four he's been knocked out of a game his team went on to lose, thus ending their hopes of a national championship.

The guy's been brittle. No way around it.

"Re-evaluated at the half" sure sounds like "out for game" to me.

For as much as he runs ... and as big as he isn't ... not really a surprise I'd say.

But remember, it's the SEC fanbois who make excuses.

It's not like McCoy tripped on a halftime float and injured his knee. He was knocked out by the Bama defense. Part of the game.

How would that be tainted. They injured McCoy. Plus I'm sure that they could stop the flurry of screens and slants from McCoy if he'd stayed in. They aren't Baylor.

Hell, no. It's Mack's job to have a backup QB who can do more than just hold a clipboard. Not Bama's fault.

Can we have a moratorium on calling McCoy a pussy until we know what's wrong with him?

If the kid has a broken collarbone, or something like it, there isn't a damn thing he can do.

Broken collarbone for McCoy? That's what's going around the twitter at least.

    There's no taint. It's football.

    Taint is the fifth-down game.

It does suck that the national title game is going to end up being 2 minutes of action and 58 minutes of pulling the wings off flies.

When Michigan lost to Appy State, Mike Hart was hurt for a series. So I guess that was tainted too and therefore did not happen. Yay!
