Do you think Tucker has footage of the acting coach that taught Kyle how to fake that breakdown on the stand?

Who has tried to take away private ownership of guns? It’s such a false issue.

Supposedly that crowd-sourced legal team he benefited from, convened two mock juries which were roughly the same make up as the real jury, all from Kenosha County. They put on one case in which they didn't have Rittenhouse testify, and one case in which he did. He did significantly better with the mock jury that saw him testify, which is why they decided to put him on the stand.

And that is one of the biggest things wrong with our legal system: The wealthier you are (or in this case, the better access to funds), the more likely you are to get a defense team who can afford to do this kind of prep. If you can’t afford it, you get a guy who barely has time to learn your name, forget run mock trials to figure out the best defense strategy. So we get people who didn’t commit a crime doing time and people who did being acquitted. Not saying the rich shouldn’t have access to the best lawyers, but the poor should have better access to a quality defense. It would lessen (but not eliminate) the inherent racism in the system that sees a disproportionate amount of people of color be incarcerated.

I'm sure that's true. I'm also sure he was coached to do that.
