My thoughts exactly. Apparently that didn't work out so well ... I should just go the opposite of my gut reaction, maybe I'd improve then. But at 3 people who started from the beginning are still below me. That's something.

I can't believe I didn't go with Marriott. I used to work for one! No complaints about 2nd place though.

    1. Eleanor Rigby.
    2. Paperback Writer.

The rest work great as background music, enjoy the sound, but don't need the words.

T-D ... I'd take Astros camp over the vicious temp changes here. I've barely had a voice for about 3 days.

My whole goal is to stay in the top 20, and maybe finish ahead of rumple. ;)

    You mudda...

My ascent to the top begins now, with only three weeks remaining. Eat my dust. ;)

Scotty was Canadian too. Even worked for the CBC.

Wow, what a brutal week for me.

Stupidly answered Ritz-Carlton for the hotel, even though I always stay at Marriott. I was thinking from a quality standpoint, and I forgot I was dealing with sports writers. :p

And sue me for screwing up a track and field question. The only thing worse than track is field. So I picked the only event in the field that somewhat interests me. ;D

Oh well, at least I made it interesting. Now I gotta give myself a pep talk so I can put this thing away. 8)

We've had the same kind of temp changes, although topping the day out at 63 isn't a bad thing :D

And Scotty came up with the first words of Klingon we ever heard in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. I think he also came up with the Vulcan language dialogue between Spock and Saavik. James Doohan was quite the linguist. Though I admit being a bit taken aback the first time I heard him speak without the Scotty accent.
