From what I've heard about "Lady in the Water" there will be no surprise twist that typifies Shyamalan's movies.

See, I'da been waiting for that. It's a surprise in itself and you've ruined it. :'(

Not at all. This information was let out on purpose. They do not want to disappoint those going in thinking that it will be like all the others.

I will state that this could be just some advertising technique.

I thought "Unbreakable" was almost comically bad. In fact, I didn't know anyone who liked it until this thread. No problem. Different strokes for different folks.

I enjoyed "Sixth Sense," but I think Shyamalan got a little too impressed with himself and has churned out some really pretentious dreck since then.

Well-played, CI. And the pensive Murph, no less.

That's a dead-on analysis. Samuel L. couldn't walk across the room without breaking a bone, while Bruce Willis could be hit by three trains. Ridiculous.

Kind of the idea of the movie.

Superman can go back in time by flying around the earth? Ridiculous.

    I think DyePack's post was tongue-in-cheek, CI.

    I didn't say tongue-in-ass, buckdub.

Boots is often tongue-in-cheek and post-in-cheek.
