SJ.com Outing: Episode VII -- The Force Awakens

Seems like there's some interest in an SJ outing, so I thought I'd create a poll to gauge interest in a location.

Once we figure out a location and how many might be interested, I'll look at the schedules and post a few options to see what folks want.

 

Atlanta.

 

Wouldn't mind catching my first O's game.

O's stands for Orioles for those who didn't know. Baseball team.

 

I’d be in for DC.

 

East Coast bias rears its ugly head again …

 

Dallas is the only place I haven't been to recently or don't have another reason to go there.

 

The only good thing about Dallas is that it’s near Fort Worth.

 

What about Boise? I would love to see a game on the Smurf Turf.

 

I voted for DC/Baltimore because I’ve never been to a game in either. I went to a Van Gogh show at the National gallery of art in 1999, and that’s the only time I’ve been. It happened to be Veterans Day, and we went to the Wall. I’m not a vet, but I nearly teared up seeing all of them hugging and crying on each others’ shoulders. Powerful.

I should fly, but I’ll probably drive again.

Of the options available, I voted do DC/Baltimore due to the chance of seeing multiple series in one weekend.
