    I wish I could be that optimistic, but look at the way HBO cavalierly whacked Deadwood, and if you saw this week's, it topped any Sopranos episode from this season (and I'm kinder to S6 than many people here).

    The money negotiations will get settled, I'd guess.

    However, Paulie is obviously a candidate for a cancer death, and Sil for a whacking by the NY guys, so I wouldn't take anything for granted.

    If Sil goes, who steps up as consigliere? Christopher? Give me a break. Among Tony's captains, he doesn't have any "wise old head" who could step up into the role. Everybody's either young or a complete idiot.
