The Summit Daily News, a media company in the heart of Colorado's high country, seeks a seasoned sports & outdoors editor who's looking for adventure. We live to tell the story of Breckenridge and Summit County, where the country comes to ski, snow board, mountain bike, backpack, trail run, rock climb, raft, kayak, sail, SUP, fish, hunt, camp … need we go on? We're looking for an intrepid spirit with a love for the outdoors and mountain towns who can cover all of the above, plus prep sports (yep, it's a big job). However, this is not a position for beginners. We need a mature, ambitious story-teller who can turn a phrase, shoot an image, edit a video and tweet — all on deadline and, for much of the year, with snow boots on.
