The Livingston Enterprise, a five-day daily newspaper along the Yellowstone River in Montana, seeks an ambitious sports editor.

The job is mostly daily prep sports coverage of Class A Park High School and Class C high schools in Gardiner and Shields Valley, but also includes the outdoors (fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, boating, etc.) and some college coverage. Some college, weekly or daily reporting experience is preferred along with experience with InDesign and sports photography.

The ideal candidate will be willing to pursue in-depth feature articles highlighting local athletes, coaches and events. This is a position that will provide the right journalist with creative freedom in a fun and fast-paced working environment.
