A vast eastern and central Montana circulation area with hundreds of untold stories is your canvas. The Gazette is the go-to sports section for an audience that follows more than 150 high schools, two NCAA Division I schools, two small colleges, a short-season minor-league baseball team, world-class rodeo, and much more. In addition, as part of the statewide 406mtsports.com team, your work will be seen on as many as six websites and in five Lee Enterprises newspapers.

Versatility, creativity and high energy are essential. Working with an experienced team of three full-time and one part-time staffer plus a digital sports editor, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with innovative ways to drive new readership. You’ll also be a key cog as a member of a statewide 406 Sports staff of 16 that’s building a loyal online audience from border to border, and beyond.
