Techniques for eating wings

    The atmosphere at Hooters is much better than its wings.

    If you want good wings:

    Start with a little butter (half a stick)

    Add enough hot sauce (I use Louisiana) to cover your wings

    Sprinkle enough garlic powder to cover the top of the pot

    Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for about five minutes.

    To bread your wings, start with a 2-to-1 mix of flour and corn meal.

    Season the breading with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Fry. Toss the wings in the sauce while they're hot.

    Use cheap paper towels and cheaper beer.

    I love fried stuff, but breaded chicken wings are gross. Fry em up skinless, or grill em
