The fade of the Brewers

No doubt Bud's hands are distantly removed from the operations but he's patting himself on the back as the family's toy has used this morsel of hope to satisfy the fan base without giving them unrealistic expectations (What, you mean this can't be 1982 again?). Now they'll soon resume their customary fourth-place-in-the-Central spot and the Seligs and their cronies will laugh their way to the bank.

I've read this 3 times. I still don't know what Yabble is trying to say. My head hurts.

I think he was trying to say this:

    It’s time, Yawn.

Fourth place ain't customary. Last place is customary. Or second-to-last place, just ahead of the Pirates.

I only had to read it once for my head to hurt.

Geez, for once he makes a non-political post and you guys jump all over him. That said, this year's fade still gives lots of promise for next year. They've got some young talent coming together.

I still like the Brewers pitching and think they have another run in them.

Plenty if you're a Cubs or Cardinals fan.
