To be fair, what office would have someone like Michael Scott as boss without 30 boxes of HR complaints to fire him seasons ago? Half the episodes, I watch and go. "In what office could anyone get away with THAT?"

    Not really.

I lied, though. I laughed hard at the Creed-Meredith exchange.

What office would have a man managing his future wife?

Is it just me, or is everyone very eager to see the receptionist show a little more skin. She is as sneaky-hot as Pam used (now she is just hot) to be.

That was awesome. We need more Creed.

I too thought the show sucked last night. I might have chuckled once. The crew has lost its fastball. The show has gone from being the first show I watch on the DVR to the third of fourth. When 30 Rock starts, it will fall even lower.

Andy: There's no way Stanley has more beans than me!

And this was easily the best show of the season, with some funny moments ... like Meredith/Creed, Michael texting during during the conference call and Dwight's wrestling fanasy. I am way off from the rest of you. Thought it was a step in the right direction.

That. And when Michael dropped "matronly" on Phyllis as if it were a compliment.

Those two laugh moments made me realize how unfunny the rest of the episode was, for me anyway.

They've got to demote Halpert. He's becoming a drag on things just like the Stringer Bell guy was.

And I'll add "more Kevin, please" to any "more Creed" movement.

Just watched it, and no, I didn't. But I DID chuckle when like five minutes later, Michael was speed-walking to Jim's office and as he was shutting the door and you could hear everyone clamoring for him, you just heard a "What's a bean mean?"

local station here just started airing reruns of the office - good old days syndrome at its best.

I wouldn't go that far. One bad episode does not ruin an entire series.

It is my belief that the writers got lazy on this one in preparation for trying to make next week's wedding episode as good as possible. of course, it might just be the optimist in me saying this so I guess we'll see.

I can't believe people really think THIS was the bad episode of the first three of the season. Truly baffles me.
