I'm a huge Aggie fan, but I'm not delusional enough to realize they have one of the easiest schedules in the nation, playing such power houses as the Citadel and UL-Lafayette, and barly squeezing by Army (?!?!?!). The only two credible programs they have played so far are Texas Tech (ranked at the time, no longer in the Top 25) and Missouri (Handed the Tigers their first loss), and then they are only 1-1 against them. They will be slaughtered by OU and UT and Franchione will be run out of College Station. If they were undefeated at this point I would have them in the Top 25, but not at 6-1.

  2. Pinkel handed A&M the game this weekend. Missouri is better than A&M.

I am looking forward to seeing Troy Smith light up the weak USC secondary. USC is good but because of the last few years, they are now overrated.

That would mean indians goes to the library. I'm not sure indians knows what a library is.

W-H-O-L-E. Whole. As in complete. Not H-O-L-E. Hole. As in the space in your head where a fully functioning brain should be.

I don't even know from where you got hoel.

Hole is my favorite female-fronted band. I really don't know WTF Cockdian was saying, so I'll throw out my own nonsensical post.

The Trojans will not play for the national championship this season. They will finish the regular season with two losses. No guarantees, of course, but USC is nowhere as good as it was in 03/04/05, and California is better.

Alabama recently played Oklahoma and UCLA home-and-home.

LSU recently played Arizona and Oregon State and Virginia Tech.

    Auburn recently played USC.

    And screw you, DyePack.

Tennessee has made two trips to Notre Dame --- in November --- in the past FOUR YEARS.

There are only 12 weeks in the college football season, and 8-9 of those are played in warm (September) to mild (October) weather.

The last two weeks are "rivalry" weeks.

So I'm sorry if the SEC can't go out of its way to schedule games in Big 10 country in the first week of November . . . which is the only possible "cold-weather" spot available.

Maybe it's time the Big 10 (and Pac-10) had some balls and scheduled a conference championship game.

You know, another major hurdle that can sabotage a contender's national title hopes.

Like it did Nebraska in 1996.

    And Kansas State in 1998.

    And Tennessee in 2001.
