Confused the hell out of me too, I'm used to a knocking sound, like something hitting a piece of wood, not a 10-second sound that sounds like the bell.

 

Reminded me of the big closed circuit fights in the 1970s when you'd have Don Dunphy at ringside with analysis by Burt Lancaster, Flip Wilson, Hugh O'Brien or Jim Brown.
