    No, it's not. 8)

Edited post because I made a horrible gaffe. No I wasn't drinking, and panties were not involved. See mizzou's quote below for further explanation.

Except for the fact that Pitino coaches at Louisville.

Funny, I thought it was the drinking, the other chick in his car, and playing the "do you know who I am' cards that did him in.

I got a DUI about a year ago (there's a locked thread on it somewhere).

Evans' situation is Example #3,489,930,093: Don't f-ing do it. Don't drive after "three or four." Don't drive after two. Don't drive after one. Don't drive after a sip. Don't try to figure out how many hours it's been compared to drinks. Don't figure, "It's just a glass of wine and it's an Italian restaurant for god's sake!" Any time you're going to have a drink, figure out how you're going to get home, and make the decision - and this is important - AHEAD OF TIME that you won't get behind a wheel. Because if you just leave it up to, "If I just have a couple drinks ..." your judgment and clear thinking are the first thing to go.

As this incident shows, there's way, way too much to lose. Don't do it.

And I have absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for the people who do it twice. That just astonishes me, considering how humiliating and gut-wrenching once was.

Sorry for the soapbox moment, but this just hits close to home for me. People, it is not worth it.

I understand your point, Dick. But I think it's cool to drive after a beer or a glass of wine.

It's just amazing that the dumbest peckerwoods in America can set him up so well.

And if you DO drink and decide to drive don't do it with a 28-year-old chippy in the passenger seat.

And if you DO drink and decide to drive with a 28-year-old chippy in the passenger seat tell her to put her panties in her purse before you roll down the window to talk to the cop.
