Uploading to a Wordpress blog

    My web person isn't returning messages and I need to upload a PDF to our company blog, which is in Wordpress. It's not to display, it's for downloading purposes only (a form to fill out).

    I have gotten as far as the "media" page, where I can see what looks like a previous version of what I'm trying to do. But I'm at a loss at what to try.

    Any suggestions?
