It will be interesting is that Eagle DB will get flagged or fined for that hit.

Honestly, if that is a flag or a foul, then are DBs should never hit anyone.

Charger player, Floyd, caught a pass across the middle and immediately dropped his head. Eagle player comes in and basically hits him with his arm that is glued to his stomach, so it is part of the body. No arm extended. No helmet contact from the defender. But the Charger player looks like he had his spine pretty compressed because he lowered his head and did not keep it up.
