I am so damn predictable, but if I see foolishness, I do have to correct it. The Steelers weren't even a playoff team without Roethlisberger last year, much less the Super Bowl champions.

The Steelers were 2-2 last year without Roethlisberger, beating two awful teams, Green Bay and Cleveland. Yes, he stunk up the field in the Super Bowl. But in the three playoff games before that he was 49 of 72 (68.1 percent) for 680 yards, 6 TD and no interceptions in the playoffs. Sorry, no way Charlie Batch gets them there.

And the guy broke his face and beat the hell out of his body in a motorcycle accident, followed that up with an emergency appendectomy and then another concussion on the field, thus leading to four shitty performances and two very good ones this year.

I know. Troy Smith would have picked his broken body up off of the pavement, refused pain medication and thrown six touchdowns against Michigan the day after a similar motorcycle accident, right? And he'd have just told his damn appendix to wait until he was good and ready to have it removed.

And of course the Ohio guy starts whining about Kim Von Oehlhoffen. We have no idea how the rest of that game would have gone if Palmer doesn't get hurt. Palmer looked good early in the game the Steelers won in Cincinnati last year, too. And it wasn't a dirty hit, just an unfortunate one.

Man, just having fun here. I'm in denial about the season, I might as well have fun with it.

I'd think in that town, a Jenks/Union matchup on the same night as OU/Tulsa would see more fans for the prepsters than the NCAAers.

Yeah, if Jerry Rice had gone to Ohio State, he may have become something in the NFL.

My prediction: Michigan 27, Ohio State 27!!! Go Cards.

Yeah, Louisville's defense would get shredded by the "elite teams" like Ohio State that scored 17 points on Illlinois.

BUt would the Luckeyes be able to slow The Ville down? It will be interesting to see, Louisville has done this without Michael Bush all season, and Brohm for part of it. I'd rather see Michigan play them since it means that bitch slap Ohio State.

Where did the last Super Bowl-winning QB play college ball again? ;)

Aww, come on shotglass. He actually played a few bad games this year. He sucks! Hasn't he always sucked?!
