What's the closest you've come to nuking yourself?

The only way I would ever nuke myself is if an employer found out who I was on here and asked me to. I enjoy this board, but obviously it's not worth trouble at work.

I did sort of nuke myself, I guess. Right after I started on here, we had a crash. Instead of recovering that handle, I chose to start over.

I was going through a very rough time when I found this site. In fact, that is how I found SportsJournalists.com. An acquaintance of mine saw some information that had a direct effect on me here and pointed it out. Thanks to the information on here, I found out I was getting screwed over. I would have never known otherwise.

I was very bitter when I started posting here and it showed. The professional bad news and some personal issues going on at the time made me an even larger pain in the butt than usual. Hell, a part of me is still bitter over that incident and sometimes it still shows.

But this place has been an excellent source of information as well as a wonderful outlet for me. So I'm not going anywhere (and I can just hear that collective groan).

Close. I had my finger on the trigger.

  4. Never even considered nuking myself.

This thread does make me wonder whatever happened to Chinatown, though.

The "Take care of yourself" thread is a constant reminder of my pre-nuke days, complete with underscore.

    Man, I miss that underscore...

But you look better without it.

But J_D, did you also have a "1"? Huh, huh?

[sub]No, because you didn't forget your original password like I did. :-\
