What's the closest you've come to nuking yourself?

    You've come a long way. It's heartening.

Never thought of actually nuking myself, but have taken a few breathers to focus on various things.

It's funny how this place can mirror society. Heck, this is its own little society, complete with friendships, professionalism, unprofessionalism, hook-ups, marriages, birthday celebrations, babies, protagonists, antagonists, cliques, issues, rules ...

Someone should make a shirt to hand out at the next SportsJournalists.com gathering.

Bless you, Coug. Should I ever actually get to meet some of you in person, I'm willing to bet I'll feel the same way.

There is a message board that self destructed not because society didn't care, but because the message board WAS society. Pretty deep, eh?

    (YAY! A Heathers quote!)

Never come close... I've gotten pissed a couple times and stayed away for a week or two and one other time I was on vacation out of the country and people were wondering where I had been and speculating why I was mad. As it turns out, I had better things to do while at Club Med... :)

There's really no reason to nuke yourself. If you want to stay away, just stay away... Some people are missed, others aren't...

Are you implying spnited is a human?

If so, I disagree with your basic argument.

Thought about it but really, probably won't pull the proverbial trigger until right before I pull the literal one. That'll be my way of saying goodbye.

Otherwise, if I get bored or fed up with the place, I'll just leave and not make a scene.

That brings up an interesting sub-question. Would anyone miss you (not you specifically, mizzou...) if you left?

  12. Nope.
