    I always thought it was pet's name + street you grew up on as a child.

    Using that,

    I am "Max Rush".
    My wife is "Trixie Fairview".

    I always thought that was a decent combo.

    (Sorry man, couldn't resist).

    I have a few choices with the pet + street combo (we moved a couple times). The best one I can come up with is Nibbles Broad. Seems fitting, although I'd probably be limited to fetish porn.
