    Steve Novak will be drafted tomorrow, giving MU three NBA draftees in the last four years.

    Point guard Dominic James could make it 4 in 5 next year if he keeps playing as he has.

    Not a "single-city" deal, but ...

    UConn men's and women's basketball has an enormous following in-state.
    When the Red Sox won the 2004 World Series, there was a lot of people who had watched their favorite football team win a Super Bowl (Patriots), their favorite college basketball program win national titles (UConn) and baseball team win the World Series (Red Sox) all in the same year.
