I'll cut and paste a chunk of this Journal Sentinel story as it's probably behind a paywall. https://www.jsonline.com/story/news...ns-from-family-in-fentanyl-death/69819140007/

Waunakee resident David Reddington never thought he'd get the chance to ask state Supreme Court candidate Jennifer Dorow directly about the fentanyl death of his son Cade.

But there they were on Jan. 10 at Pedro's Mexican Restaurante in Madison. Reddington, a semi-retired independent insurance adjuster, had arrived for dinner and Dorow was speaking at a Dane County Republican Party Pints and Politics gathering.

Near the end of the event, Reddington introduced himself to Dorow, a Waukesha County judge who is one of four candidates running for Supreme Court in next month's primary. After a bit of small talk, Reddington said he got to the point of the conversation:

"Look, I want you to know who I am. I'm David Reddington, the father of Cade Reddington."

Reddington said Dorow withdrew immediately and said, "I am not talking to you" shortly before exiting the restaurant.

It's one subject Dorow doesn't want to discuss.

Cade Reddington was an 18-year-old University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee freshman when he died of fentanyl poisoning on Nov. 4, 2021.

Two of Reddington's friends told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he was frequently buying prescription pills from Michael Dorow, the 19-year-old son of the Supreme Court candidate, in the weeks leading up to his death. Reddington's friends and family want to know if it was one of those pills that might have killed him.
