Pizza toppings

So, it's election night here in Ontario, which means - among other things - pizza in the newsroom. In honour of this fun occasion, what are your favourite toppings? I might just get a craving and have to try something different.

For the record, I'm big on pineapple, ham, and green olives.

I go with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes when I eat at higher-end places like Mellow Mushroom. I don't know why, but I love it.

Of course, I can eat pepperoni and sausage all day, too.

For the most part, I like the standards (Pepperoni, Sausage)

When I veer away from the norm, I also like pineapple and ham or Chicken Fajita pizza or Buffalo Chicken or Barbecue Chicken.

Canadian bacon and pineapple.
However, when we moved across country a couple of years ago we ordered a pizza one night. The place made a mistake and gave us bacon and pineapple. Holy smokes that was good.

this sounds so wrong

At the risk of some quote fun, the salty taste of the olives balances the sweet of the pineapples quite nicely.

Gotta have my 'shrooms. Banana peppers, green olives, pepperoni, italian sausage, extra cheese and spinach - have that standing order saved on the local shop's online ordering site. All I have to do is log on, hit "delivery" and wait 45 minutes.
