It happened 11 days ago, but very glad they seem to have caught the cretins.

I also didn't realize that Ohio State All-America wrestler Sammy Sasho was going to have to re-learn how to walk.

I also didn't realize that Ohio State All-America wrestler Sammy Sasho was going to have to re-learn how to walk.

I posted about it in the running shooting thread shortly after it happened. He's a 2x NCAA runner-up and had one more year of eligibility remaining due to the Covid bonus year. Was easily the favorite to win the 2024 title at 149lbs now that Yianni Diakomihalis is finally done.

I can't imagine having to re-learn how to walk as an athlete at the peak of your ability. While not generally an tOSU fan, I am of course rooting for him to fully recover and even come back to the mat, if that's possible.

I smell a Lifetime movie coming out of this, unless he's able to get completely back to form and then it could be the greatest wrestling story of all time.
