No. That is a complete and total lie. As someone who is skeptical about almost everything, please don't passively buy in this bullshit lie.

What I'm saying is that "good folks" get taken in by some of the marketing these groups employ.

There aren't enough white supremacists or neo-Nazis. If you specifically only market to them, not many folks will show up. (Dylann couldn't find anyone who wanted to join his effort to start a race war, and it upset him.)

So, they misrepresent themselves in their marketing, hoping to get some new folks there, who they can attempt to convert. They're like time share companies who convince people to come for a "free vacation". It's a bait and switch, all geared towards a sales pitch.

There were definitely people who showed up thinking they were there to "defend Southern heritage" or to fight against "political correctness". Now, they might be idiots, and they might be duped, but it doesn't mean they're white supremacists or neo-Nazis.

If you believe you as a white person are superior to others based on your race, you are in fact a white supremacist.

 

Anybody else read the list? The sports writers — past and present — mentioned were Greg Howard (alleging sexual assault, among other things), AJ Daulerio, Tommy Craggs, Tomas Rios, Rembert Browne and Mike Tunison.

The list is not that long. I’d like to think women wouldn’t just tack a guy’s name on there bc he was just an asshole, but who can say? Good to know my opinion of Greg Howard as a piece of shit is at least partially confirmed.

 

You don't know that. You are making up what you want to say he believes, but you absolutely do not know what is in his mind. It is absolutely possible that he believes white supremacists are fine people. Is that something we can prove? No. Is it something you can disprove? No.

The rest is you making shit up.

 

If YF wrote, "Trump said he believes ..." then he's dead-on.

Based upon what Trump wrote, you can't write, "Trump defended white supremacists" as an established fact in a news story, even if it seems so fun.

 

Can you write, "Trump said there were 'some very fine people' on the side of the protest that largely consisted of white supremacists."?
