How did the police thread get to the second page? West Virginia police shoot and kill a man at his dad's funeral.

I loved the fact that police said they believed the suspect was armed but could not confirm if a weapon was found. Could the police have been -GASP- playing fast-and-loose with the truth?

As a result, dealer rapes woman before police arrest him after the fact. To add insult to injury, police arrest woman for drug possession three weeks later, and its unclear if her cooperation got her any allowances from them.

 

Don’t investigate them and there won’t be a problem.
