    Apparently the backstory is that he signed late and the only tradition QB numbers (0-19) that weren't being worn or retired were 4 and 17. He didn't care for either one, so he decided to do something goofy and added a 0 to his normal 5 to get 50.
    Unclear if he'll stick with it once the regular season starts.

    Well, he was just holding the clipboard for Pat Mahomes and Jake, so he's looking for another insurance company that will make him the starter. Is Allstate available? I know that Nationwide sure the hell isn't.
