A part-timer who will travel and has 5-7 years of experience? There's gotta be a typo in there, right?
What's the thought process there? Save a little money till the guy is full-time? A pseudo-trial run to see if the reporter is actually good? Not...
Is there any reporting involved in this position? The title/duties suggest not, but I ask to be sure.
If it's 40 hours per week, why don't you make it a full-time position?
