More CNHI

You have to be at least a mid-level manager to engage in pastime #1. I suppose anyone can be #2.

 

For some, that's already the case.

Non-salaried folks are able to pick and choose when the carnage happens within a DOWOP period, while those on salary have the furlough days factored into their pay with an 8.3 percent pay cut.

Translation: there is zero incentive to be a salaried employee with CNHI.

 

For a newbie, you've hit the nail on the head. I struggle with this each and every day.

 

One of my former colleagues at a CNHI shop gave up a salaried position and demanded to go hourly. Can't blame him.

At this point, I think the best possible outcome would be for CNHI to sell off all the papers it owns. I have more faith in whomever the potential buyer(s) might be than I do in CNHI ever getting its act together.

Believe it or not, I know for a fact we are being monitored here for what we say. One of my superiors was kind enough to let me know.

One would imagine there are at least one or two things a tad more important than playing Big Brother, but...
