    I wonder how the Tea Party thing happens? Does someone do a computer search and see someone with the same name had registered and runs with it?

    Does someone tweet that a James Holmes is a tea partier so some newsy picks it up?

    It's exactly what happened. And it was, as Gawker calls him, America's Wrongest Reporter, Brian Ross. He searched, found a Jim Holmes and that was that.

    If true, might be from nearby Buckley Air Force Base.

    Just ran an errand and had KOA on. Solid reporting. One of the sports stations is in utter shock because one of the casualties is Jessica Ghawi, a station intern. Very, very somber tone in this area. People are in utter shock and disbelief.

    Off to help my part by giving blood. Thoughts and prayers to all of the victims and their families.
