Congratulations, Ashy. There's nothing like the feeling of seeing your kid born.

Dude! Awesome. Your life is a whole lot different as of today. Once in a long while, you'll wish for your old life back. But most of the time, you'll wonder why you waited so long to become someone's dad. This is a great day for the three of you. A really, really big deal.

    Jack. Sweet.

Well, Dog, you'll get my vote - for the Subhuman Piece of Shit award and (yes, a double-winner) the "most likely to get their ass kicked in a dark alley if their friends weren't around" honor.
    Fitting, eh?

Wow. Just wow. Aren't trolls supposed to at least have a point of some kind? I think Yawn's trying to take himself out of the running. Poor little bastard.

The thread's subject had changed to adding new award categories. I just thought Dog fit that one.

But no one gets more irritated with my posts than he/she/it does. So if he doesn't vote for me, who's to say he's not a closet Republican who just utters his anti-Bush spiels in an attempt to argue with himself?

That's a lot of thoughts for one post, Ennui. Careful you don't fry your brain cell.

    Freelance,

Can we get a special SportsJournalists.com achievement award for "Turning Down a Romp in the Hay" being the most inaccurate headline?

Everyone... Jack is doing great, he has great skin, a healthy glow and he's a big fan of breastmilk! ;D

Buck...apparently hospitals have some high grade lotion, my ashiness is getting much better, some might say I'm even flake free.

Unfortunately this morning a good friend of mine succumbed to cancer. He had been fighting and battling for over 3 years, sadly he was taken from us today. Brian was 30, he comes from a great family...salt of the earth. Please keep them in your thoughts, we all lost a good man today.

Also, I truly do appreciate the kind words from all. A made up "handle" doesn't erase emotion, thoughts and kindness,... my wife and I thank you and wish you all the best.
