I hope that was his last shift of the game, his' lucky if it won't be his last as a Canadiens. Ferl horrible for him. just his look after he realized what he did, looking for a hole to crawl into and die. Ouch. Had he just let the Islander touch the puck it would still be a face off in the O-zone. I wonder if players are fully used to that by now, instead of trying to force something offensively to get it deep or set soemthing up like O'Byrne did in his futile attempt to get back and play the puck? If you're used to it all your life growing up in minor hockey ... but you'd expect by this point in the seaspn for them to be over the adjustment.

That sets the stage for the Leafs to introduce him as their new hockey czar on Saturday, with full coverage allotted to CBC's Hockey Night in Canada on a nation-wide basis that evening before and during the Leafs' home game against the Philadelphia Flyers, coincidentally the team for whom Burke once played as a minor-leaguer.

Ooooohhh, the Hot Stove during the second intermission should be lots of fun!!!!! :D :D :D

Yeah, the little weasel is back.

What I'm waiting for is a joint Ron Wilson/Brian Burke press conference.

This sideshow is gonna beat the actual hockey----and it's free!

    That's OK.

The game is in Montreal and it's their 100th anniversary.

Besides, it's the All Star Game. Who cares? I mean, seriously, who cares?

I wish they would just get rid of this corporate snore fest.

It's a toss-up which is worse: the NHL or NFL All-Star Game. At least the NFL guys get to go to Hawaii
