CBC's Bob McKeown did three Frost related pieces on CBC's Fifth Estate over the past three years

Here's the last one (you can watch online) on the trial.

Our very own FOF did a piece on the whole sordid affair ---I think it was ESPN.com.

Wow! Not only do the Canes end their three-game losing streak and the Flyers' six-game win streak, but do it on an OT goal by Samsonov. Incredible.

It clearly would have been a loss had Cam Ward not produced a spectacular game in goal.

They did, along with a moment of silence.

According to the TSN story, Mr and Mrs Jefferson were both there, and stormed out when the verdict was given.

Not that the Oilers' home record is great, but they've played twice as many road games as a home games so far this season. Seems a bit premature to pull the chute.

It's difficult to have faith in our legal system on days like this.

I agree, Flash. It's very sad. But, like I said, hopefully karma will find a more appropriate form of justice.

Well, I don't think that you can't blame the legal system in this case

As much as a scumbag Frost is, it was clear that some former players refused to corroborate the testimonies of a couple of the women involved. There was, according to the judge, reasonable doubt.

    Rosie DiManno covered the trial;

    http://www.thestar.com/news/ontario/article/545395

Ontario Court Justice Geoffrey Griffin did not believe the evidence of two of those girlfriends, testifying more than a decade after the Season of Frost, in nearby Deseronto.

Or, more accurately put, Griffin disbelieved the women more than he disbelieved the denials of two-on-one sex with their coach by a one-two combo of Frost's ex-player proteges.

However, I hope David Frost rots in hell.

The scary part is: how many other David Frosts are out there coaching young kids?

Nobody ever would have suspected Graham James either.

It's a terribly sad indictment of minor sports but they are feeding grounds for people like Frost and James.

    Despicable human beings.

You should watch the CBC Fifth Estate doc on the trial.

The people in Desoronto knew what was going on with those kids and the girls and didn't do anything about it.
