Swedes looked like they mailed it in. Hedman showed little after getting hammered on the first shift and made a sloppy turnover to set up the fourth Canada goal. Got a shortie in garbage time.

The Canucks may be not be a big team but they forcheck well and finish their checks.

McGuire is already in mid-tourney brown bunny mode on Hodgson, Ellis and Tavares.

 

Since Tyrell is a Lightning prospect, this makes me smile.

I thought Hodgson was the best player on Team Canada.

I love this tourney but the thought of listening to McGuire for ten days may be too much. I may bust the mute button.

I won't be able to look at McGuire the same way this Christmas.

 

You should give a damn. I have the first autograph that Cody Hodgson ever signed (a Brampton puck). That's my retirement plan!
