There should really be an AB-SportsJournalists.com meet-up this summer. I don't think I've seen Beef since I handed him the keys to my old job.

 

Oh holla! Who's coming in for Stampede?

 

That could be doable now that I am actually in the area, will have to see what the summer work sched looks like, but it will probably have to happen on a Monday or Tuesday though (It's my weekend), unless someone is up for an early afternoon get together. I know, I am bundles of fun. But I would be up for that absolutely. I have never been to the actual Stampede -- the parade i've been to too many times though -- even though growing up I lived in and around Calgary for five years.

 

Nashville with a season-high three power play goals tonight, and lead Vancouver 4-3.

Mats Sundin signed on December 18. Canucks are 4-8-4 since then, including winless in six.

So, how's that working out for you Mr. Gillis?

 

I'm sure we can swing something. Damn, I was in the parade a few years! Rarely do Stampede anymore, but I could make an exception, especially if it coincides with a weekend the Stamps are in town.

Coach can't last much longer, but then I've been saying the same thing about edmonton for most of the season.

Absolutely. Perhaps we should start a thread, just in case.

 

Living in the Bay Area right now, but I'm heading home in August and I'd definitely be up for it.
