Considering there are a true lack of heels on RAW, I'm assuming they are going to turn Kane heel, but that remains to be seen.

He kept asking 'Is he alive or dead?'

Could be one of two people: Undertaker or VKM.

Perhaps they're setting up "See No Evil 2"?
Because we can't get enough of those great WWE acting performances.

Maybe those voices will come back, too ...

I'll never look at May 18 the same again.

    Sigh.

It's not like we could actually expect Raw to be good two weeks in a row...let's have the Smackdown GM open the RAW show...air the same video package of Punk winning the title twice in just over an hour (about 4-5 minutes of TV time)...and what was the point of the Cena-Cryme Tyme segment with the limo? More wasted TV time...and I'm assuming CTC stood for "Cryme Tyme Cena"

Let's see, then we get a Y2J-HBK confrontation that just simply and abruptly ends to a commercial break, and of course we got to sit through TWO commercial breaks during a main event with four of your bigger guys on the roster and then the ultimate WTF ending with Kane. They could have atleast given us a better hint at "is he dead or alive" jargon.

In all, F U WWE...what an awful booked show, but I'm sure the advertisers with commercials were happy.

  6. Unfortunately, these aren't the Monday Night Wars anymore, which is what made last week so special with Punk winning the belt. It felt like RAW was actually fighting for ratings against Nitro again, only they were fighting for ratings because their shows have sucked for well over 4, 5 months now.

I will say this, though: Raw sure does look a lot different since the draft went in effect, and I like it. Believe it or not, Punk-Batista is somewhat of an appealing Bash main event.

I can buy a Punk-Batista ME. It sets the stage for Batista to go heel and start the road to him and Cena at WM 25. The Kane snapping was cool....time for him to go back from being a mid-card face to the monster heel he was back in 1998-99.

The "martial law" mentality it has taken the last two weeks has been solid, and it is cool to see people like Kane, Kingston, Punk, etc. get pushed.

Still, the show stunk to high hell. You can't expect them to deliver the intensity they had last week, but this was simply mailed in.

Vickie Guerrero needs to go away ... quickly. Even X-Pac didn't generate that much X-Pac heat.

I'm sure they were a loving couple IRL, but can ANYONE imagine Eddy being married to her?

Yeah....the sight of VG is not going to be the cause of many dead kittens. Somehow, I don't think even Snitsky would step to that.

Looks like they're going to give Paul Burchill a push, though they'd be better off with giving it to Charlie Haas.

For two weeks now Shane and Stephanie have pleaded with WWE wrestlers, etc. to all get along and pull together. I think the "chaos" mentality of JBL's limo being trashed, Kane's crazed performance and everything else (how about that dude who posed when they showed Batista only to have security running after the guy?) means that there's a Loose Cannon mentality on Raw while Vince is out of the picture. I see this as a chance for someone to come in as the next GM and make some noise ... when DOES Regal's suspension end?

Regal should be back by now, if not within a couple of weeks. My guess is that he does return as GM, as I don't see anyone who would make a better one. Santino would be interesting, but it seems like they have plans for him. I'm not holding my breath for a return of Eric Bischoff, though this is the kind of scenario where he would thrive in.
