That's exactly what I was thinking of.

That could have been great, too, if given time to develop and if ECW was the real deal.

I'm hoping they put DiBiase and Rhodes with Jericho and Cade to make a nice little heel stable with three young guys and a leader who isn't that old himself. Could be an interesting crew. Which of course means it will never happen.

Jericho's better by himself. Cade is good enough.

I enjoyed Raw...it was a decent show. I thought the main event was incredibly fun. Cena-JBL and HBK-Michaels feuds are heating up. Cena/Cryme Tyme alliance is a good one. Punk-Batista at the Bash could be good. . .when Batista is motivated (which is a big if), he's really quite good. I don't think there's any question that Trips-Edge is your main event though. And did anyone else notice how much Kelly Kelly has improved in the ring?

It is refreshing to see new faces such as Punk, Batista, Rey, Kofi. I kinda miss Kennedddyyyy though. Dumb move to send him to SmackDown.

I never thought I would say it - Mark Henry is growing on me. He has become a very good heel in a short amount of time. Looks like Tony Atlas may be his manager after turning on Dreamer/Delaney tonight.

Evan Bourne's shooting star press is as pretty as they come.

I wish they'd realize that putting new guys on TV isn't going to do much good unless they are built up with semi-interesting promos or storylines. Nobody gives a fuck about Atlas Ortiz or Braden Walker. I did kinda like Walker's theme music though.

  7. Walker looks like he ate Chris Harris from TNA.

    Hey, wait...

And ANOTHER thing I just realized from this past Raw...

Where in the fuck were Rhodes/DiBiase, a week after making a big stink about Rhodes turning heel and forming a new tag team and even getting their own "priceless" entrance music?

A week later they can't even get on TV ???...too busy airing the same package of Punk winning the title twice in an hour span while also taking two commercial breaks during the main event.

    haha. nice.

I knew he looked vaguely familiar. Apparently he has been wearing a singlet during dark matches to hide his gut from the WWE road agents. I'm sure Arn Anderson was thrilled with that.

I like that they're bringing up some of the new guys. Big fan of Matt Sydal Evan Bourne, but how long will it be before he becomes Paul London? Guess Tony Atlas is here to stay since they had Atlas Ortiz announce that his friends call him ... Ricky? Beats Saba Simba, I suppose.

As for Rhodes/DiBiase, they WOULD work best with Jericho and Cade, but they'll probably have to wait until the Jericho-HBK feud is over. Unless they give HBK three young guys of his own to do a stable feud.

TNA just let James Mitchell out of his contract. I hope this means James Mitchell is WWE-bound. He'd be a great manager for a heel --- NOT Tony Atlas.
