The *first* Hell in a Cell match...HBK won after interference from a debuting Kane, IIRC. Also the '98 Royal Rumble in a casket match...HBK retained the strap but suffered his major back injury.

HBK. Taker keeps the WM unbeaten streak as it becomes part of his legend. Plus, Taker rarely loses clean. Fans would believe it more if Taker beats HBK.

I couldn't see HBK facing Taker in his last match. I still think that Triple H and HBK will close it out and put together a great match.

Taker and HBK were the last two in the Royal Rumble two years ago, too, which gave many fans a sense of nostalgia at the prospect of a one-on-one match.

I'd take Taker in the match, BTW.

Another wrestler passed recently: Mike "Mad Dog" Bell, 38. He was the main focus of "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" which delved into steroid use in pro wrestling.

Why would HBK job his last match? Why would any of the greats, a certain HOF job his last match? The UT wins at WM, no matter what, but I just see how HBK could do it. I know jobbing is part of the career and maybe HBK would be fine with it. But why would anyone job in final match for their fans?

Also, I found this on youtube. It's a highlight of WWE's Salute to the Troops. Cool stuff. People can clown on wrestling for being fake or whatever, but what the WWE does for our troops is far more than most organizations or people in our country do. I applaud the WWE for this.

Ric Flair jobbed for his last match. How he lost, though, kind of held some symbolism.

    I have no idea why.

In the realm of recycled names, I give you the return of WWE Superstars as a primetime show on WGN America next April
