I haven't been to a show since ECW November to Remember 2000. I miss going to shows, but the next show I go to won't be WWE. I'm fine watching that at home.

ROH, though, intrigues me. What can I expect to see there?

I've never seen a ROH match other than some edited versions on youtube. I saw one where CM Punk and Homicide Hernandez had a match that ended up at a strip bar. But reading about some of their title matches, they seem to be long, some going as long as an hour or more.

And there's a problem with that?

Some of the best matches I have ever seen have gone longer than 30 minutes.

I never said I had a problem. EmbassyRow asked what ROH shows are like so I tried to describe what I knew. Yes, I do like longer matches as well. Would rather watch a match than a promo.

  5. The work rate is pretty damn good, IMO. I've been to three shows in the past year and wasn't disappointed once. And the man to go see, IMO, is Bryan Danielson. They don't chant the best in the world for nothing. I'd rather watch Danielson wrestle over HBK any time.

Would anyone be shocked if it ever came out that VKM was either bi or gay? The ass-buffing segment made me lose my Coke and has me convinced that sooner or later, someone's going to tell some backroom stories about Vince's love for "cocks."

Somehow you get the feeling either Shane or Stephanie is anxious to write a Daddy Dearest-like book. Where the hell has some of those ideas come from anyway? Incest, ass-kissing, Billy and Chucky, HLA.....where there's smoke, there's fire.

Keep in mind that when the Feds came after VKM in the mid-1990s, he was able to avoid a scandal that involved several wrestlers and sexual harassment. And no, there were no women that were claiming this one.

Former WWF referee Rita Chetterton accused Vinny Mac of rape in his limo, but it didn't get far.

All the stuff with the ring boys was alluding to Pat Patterson and a former ring announcer whose name escapes me at the moment.

I have heard whispers that VKM may have been sexually abused by his stepfather as a boy. I know for sure he was regularly beaten by him and had thoughts of drowning himself off the coast of North Carolina.

Would he have done a Swanton into the Atlantic Ocean, a la Jeff Hardy?

Please say it's not Gary Capetta. Seems too obvious.

    No.

It was Mel Phillips. Name just came to me.

And it was Rita Chatterton, my bad on the spelling gaffe.
