Just bought Bound For Glory 2007 at Best Buy for 15 bucks. Definitely the best pay per yiew of 07, and well worth a watch for those of you who haven't seen it.

Did you read the story of "The penis suplex" in Mick Foley's first book?

    Hilarious.

Went to school with the Sodbuster's grandson. Also had Baron Von Raschke for a substitute one time. I think he lives up near Duluth now.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this the show Dusty Rhodes always referred to as "the muthaship?"

And I'll take Curtis Hughes, in his "Mr. Hughes" angle.

Norman Smiley was one of the best things going during the dying days of WCW. Certainly more entertaining than watching Hogan and the 80s retreads fight over the title during the umpteenth revivial of the NWO.

Which was a better era for jobbers?
    1) The pre-Raw era WWF, when pretty much every non-PPV televised match was a total squash and jobbers had a chance to get some face time?
    2) WCW in the 1990s, when shows like Saturday Night, Worldwide and even Thunder (in its later days) sucked? Even though the company was circling the drain, guys at least had a crack at TV matches

  10. So far, Chavo beats CM Punk and Taker wins the SD chamber match. They really booked this well. Taker and Batista started off, they eliminated V and Khali first take out the clutter and the rest of the match was solid. Finish saw Batista with Taker on his shoulder trying to ram him into cage. Taker blocks attempt, both of them go backwards, flip over the rope as Taker lands on his feet with Batista in position for Tombstone. Definitely unique.
