Fans turning on Floyd already.

 

Yeah, that can't be a good thing for WWE, especially since they are going to have him team with Rey Rey.

 

Plus fans are sick of Rey Rey.

 

Wrestling fans typically don't respond well to hip-hop (remember the No Limit Soldiers vs. West Texas Rednecks?), so having 50 Cent as an entrance didn't help.

Jeff Hardy in the MITB match is absurd. He's clearly above this now...he's getting the largest pops in the company (including 90% fans behind him vs. HHH last night) yet he's in the same match as last year's WrestleMania.

Hardy and Kennedy both got new themes tonight.

 

Another nominee for the Jobber Award: Val Venis.

The man goes from his "hello, ladies" gimmick to not even being introduced before a MITB qualifying match.

 

Not a big fan of either ... yet.

 

Understandable. He came off as the heel last night.

 

And they both suck ass ... Why in the hell did Hardy need a new theme? He's had it pretty much since he arrived and it was one of the most recognizable. Now it's WCW Nitro generic sounding with words.

 

They should call these MITB Foregone Conclusion Matches.

Cause Val Venis and Snitsky have really good chances of making a major match at Mania...

 

They've got to hype up WWE The Music Vol. 434380532 somehow.

 

Maybe it's one of those deals where they'll use the music to promote the new themes album and then they'll go back to using their original songs. That's happened a bunch of times in the past.
