He went off the juice again in case Vince gives him another shot...

    That's what I figured.

  6. From a wrestling fan's standpoint, yes, but you can't fault a guy for wanting to lock up some semblance of financial security. Although I'm sure TNA has given him a fairly quality deal.

If Joe comes to WWE, maybe they will team him with Umanga and we'll have the Wild Samoans all over again...

Managed by Haku or the Tonga Kid or Snuka?

Hogan's been wanting one more Wrestlemania payday and has a hard-on for wrestling Stone Cold. He won't pull the trigger on the deal, though, because Austin (rightly so) refuses to job to him.

Yeah, sad to say Joe would be chomping on a raw fish within two weeks of his first vignette.

Perhaps not. I think Joe is well enough that they wouldn't go that nuts reinventing him. I don't imagine he'd just walk out in his two-toned long shorts and white towel and fat Samoan tummy, but they wouldn't have to go the Umaga II route either.

I guess the WWE v. ROH question is sort of like being asked as a designer if you'd rather work at USA Today for $125,000 or an industry-favorite independent paper for $30,000. And TNA is so fucked with its booking that it doesn't hurt Joe to move to WWE from a character standpoint anymore.

  12. I don't know. When I look at Umaga I think that could have been Joe's character if he came to WWE. Someone has mentioned the same thing here before. My question is what do you do with Joe in WWE. I can see him on Smackdown, which has become the show where they actually wrestle with 15 minute matches. That's nothing compared to what Joe did in ROH. I would love to see a Joe, CM punk feud. Those guys had a good one in ROH and Punk is the only guy on the Smackdown/ECW roster who would be able to hang with Joe move for move. Also, Joe vs. Paul London would be decent. They had a pretty good match before London came over to WWE.
