At least I didn't say fixin', though based on my soon-to-be-announced relationship, I'll be a Texan a lot sooner than I'd like.

So if Florida had scheduled The Citadel in September and Miami in November, it would have been OK? I'm a Florida fan, and I don't like that Florida played the stepchild at all, but don't get wrapped up in the time of year it happened.

It might not be the toughest league this year, but year in and year out, the SEC is absolute hell to get through unscathed. But Florida played only one cupcake this season and that was the Citadel. Other non-conference games: Hawaii, Miami and Florida State.

That was a week off for the Florida starters in Novemeber. No one else schedules that big of a gumby team that late in the year.

It will also the poster child game when Obama cuts the NCAA schedule one week to make way for a playoff system.

If that game keeps Florida out of the national title game, then so be it.

I'm thinking don't schedule Citadel at all. Schedule Cal or Stanford or Baylor or Colorado or Fresno State. You know, a real game.

Am headed out to run some errands...
Poll will be late, which is going to be good for the following people:
    AZOM
    GB_HACK
    MADHAVOK
    OJ_1414

And Elliotte? While I admire the stand on principle, I need more...

No way Tech should be below Mizzou. They beat Texas and Okie State, which are Mizzou's two losses. They also have much better wins than Ohio State.

Florida at No. 2, Oklahoma ahead of Texas and Tech drops ten spots?
