    Two editing notes:

    1. Were Bama and Tech really both No. 1 in the previous poll?
    2. I'm thinking BC wasn't ranked 152 in the last poll as well. If they were, that's one heck of a jump!

    I guess if Miami gave up 500 yards rushing then they would not have gotten that one vote.

    Thought he was a pretty solid coach, before the NFL experiment, that is. Certainly didn't hate him.

    So? Tech beat Texas. And Oklahoma beat Tech. Doesn't really work anymore.
