Yep. One more win, I'll definitely put them in. Their situation with Michigan isn't exactly analogous. Michigan lost at home to a freakin' FCS school. UCLA beat the No. 18 team at home in overtime, thanks to a shanked field goal. I'll need a tad more convincing.

UT was slipping in my ballot with nearly every play.
My Top 25 is so screwy. I can't believe I am voting for some of these teams.

I'll admit, the Vols were definitely a bit high in my initial poll. Figured the defense would play the way it did for 60 minutes, not just 30.

It's Week One. Based on what dudes have posted, our polls are gonna be all over the place right now.

These things have a tendency to work themselves out over the course of a season. Heck, I had some trouble finding enough worthy teams after No. 20 or so; I can give UCLA some love for winning a game they could have tanked after a horrendous first half from their QB.

I considered Utah, but a win at the Big House doesn't mean what it used to.

Considering I had them ranked in the preseason, yeah.

At some point, TCU may make it three ranked teams from the Mountain West.

After finishing my poll ... you're right, Piotr. Had a difficult time on those last five spots, so UCLA made it in the one I turned in to Slappy. They won, so what the hell. They'll deserve to stay in or get knocked out depending on what they do later.

(I had Va. tech No. 24 in the initial poll. Just didn't think they were that good, so the loss means they're out this week).
