I didn't punish LSU because as he defending champion, they are my No. 1 until the finally lose. Although I suppose since they were scheduled to play and a hurricane forced them to be postponed, that isn't the same as not scheduling a game.

I didn't drop USC because they were rediculously dominant and I really believe that even with only one game played, they are the No. 2 team. I can't say that with keeping Fresno St. at 24 because of what other people showed in two games.

Well apparently the AP voters thought so little of those facts that they moved Bama up two spots to 11. And while I mention the other polls, great job coaches by putting ECU only at 20. Two wins over top 20 teams and that's what it gets you. But if you play Eastern Washington, Nevada, Northern Arizona, need OT to beat a team not getting any votes this week or win in the final seconds to unranked teams because of refs or last-second field goals, then apparently you have more credibility.

I don't think people are piling on TP, they are asking questions and I have no prob answering and giving my reasoning. I like the give and take since I'm one of the voters that won't just start with a certain 25 and keep a lot of things status quo as long as they win.

And unless I've shown otherwise, I think my skin's realtively thick. I'll still put my picks/thoughts out there and continue to vote how I have.
