Why? He doesn't drive a buggy or a Model T Ford?

Looks like the Penguins still can't solve Brodeur and the Devils. 0-5 this season.

Pens will be hoping the Devils do what they seem to do every year lately: lose to an underdog.

And first up tonight on Hockey Night in Canada, the Battle of the Basement dwellers

    #30 Oilers versus #29 Leafs.

    Should be a helluva game.

To mb, re Caps defense: It doesn't look good now, and a big part of that is that after the trade deadline, Boudreau said he was going to spend the next 10 games or so tinkering with different combinations and lines to see what pieces work best with each other. He wanted to have a good idea of his playoff pairings before the last 10 games of the season. If the defense is still that shaky down the stretch, I'll be more concerned than I am now.

Oh come on, the first pick in the draft could be up for grabs. If the Leafs win the Oilers could pretty much clinch last in the NHL giving them the most balls in the lottery and guaranteeing them at least the second pick in the draft. If the Oilers win the gap is down to five points and the race is still very much on in the Fall for Hall or Beggin for Seguin.

Our first round pick is playing for the Leafs. You know, Phil Kessel

Oh I know, I suppose the intrigue should be there for Bruins fans at least.

Not to rub it in, but you als have this year's second round and next year's first round pick playing for you as well.

Ducks now 0-4-1 since the break. Lost, 1-0, to Nashville last night.
I seems that so much focus was put on the Olympics that the regular season became secondary.
I mean, Olympic year, preseason orientation camp, who's going to make the team, who's going to be captain, what are the lines going to be, can the young Americans challenge the Canadians and Russians, Crosby-Ovechkin, etc.
It was like the whole season was to prepare for the Olympics. Now the Olympics have passed and there's nothing left.

Kessel played like a first round pick tonight. Mind you I would look like at least a fourth round pick against the Oilers defence.
