Atlanta has historically put on a good race. For $17, I think it's worth it, just to experience the day one time.

The bad thing is that FOX is the best network of the three that handle NASCAR.

Fun local tie-in for us... Kenseth's crew chief hails from our fair town, and the crew chief's dad is the coach of the No. 1 ranked Class 1A hoops team in the state. Apparently it's a good time to be a Blickensderfer

At least the cyclists are racing in the Tour of California (even in the rain) on Versus. Some of the the stages are insane.

NASCAR has lost me since The Chase, but I watched the ending today during my workout...

What a terrible way to finish your sport's biggest event of the year. And the way FOX announced it was even more anticlimactic... They come back from an interview and Chris Meyers just says, "it's official, the race is over."

    Bleah.

At least they didn't try to get in one more block of commercials before announcing that it was over.

How much would it hurt NASCAR's popularity if they added wipers and tire treads and raced in the rain? So the cars don't go as fast, big whoop.

Per ESPN, Robin Pemberton explained that Earnhardt's move, unlike the one Saturday, was not "intentional."

    All righty then.

Bitch to Fox Sports, not NASCAR.

Gonna rain off and on all night, looks like.

Too many gimmicks, too much BS. He can leave and take his network with him.
