On the flip side, if Quebecor does win the bid, it will open up a new revenue stream for local strippers as a Canadiens "Dance team" (I use the term dance very lightly). It will be their hockey version of the Sunshine girl. So there would be that to look forward to.

Fuck Quebecor and fuck Pierre Karl Peladeau with rusty tin cans.

I hope that miserable cocksucker dies in a fire (of third-degree burns, not smoke inhalation) after suffering for the next 30 years from incurable, extremely painful testicle rot.

Believe me I do share similar sentiments. If Quebecor does win, and they run the team like they do their papers, the Canadiens will become a shell of their former selves. They will bleed the franchise dry.

Cox ain't impressed with the hiring of Crawford. Calls him "yesterday's man"

Yes, he won a Stanley Cup with Colorado, but that was 13 years ago. His one shot at Olympic glory in 1998 did not exactly leave him bathed in brilliance, whether it was making sure his own goalie, Patrick Roy, played all the games or leaving Wayne Gretzky on the bench for the decisive shootout against the Czechs.

Crawford was very good witht he Canucks. I don't think Scotty Bowman is going to deep in the playoffs with Cloutier as your goalie

Boy it would have made for an interesting year if the Oilers had hired Crawford.
